BLOODY MARY COCKTAIL

A Bloody Mary cocktail contains vodka, tomato juice, and other spices and flavorings including Worcestershire sauce, hot sauces, salt, cracked black pepper and celery.

Turn up the Mics Chilli or dial it down to mix this classic vodka cocktail to your taste.

You will need a shaker or a stirring glass to make this and a tall glass to drink it from.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 100ml Vodka

  • 500ml Tomato Juice

  • 1-2 Dashes of Mics Chilli Inferno Lite or Original.

  • 1.2 Dashes Mics Chilli Emerald Jalapeno (optional).

  • Pinch of Paprika

  • 2 Dashes of Worcestershire sauce

  • Pinch of Cracked Black pepper

  • Celery Stalk

  • Pickled Gherkin

  • Lemon Wedges

  • Ice

METHOD

1. Fill your glass with Ice and set aside.

2. Squeeze Lemon Wedge into Shaker.

3. Add Vodka, Tomato Juice, Mics Chilli Inferno Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Pepper, Paprika and shake gently (or stir well if using a stirring glass).

4. Pour into prepared glass.

5. Garnish with Lemon Wedge, Celery Stalk and Gherkin (optional)

6. For an extra aromatic flavour add a couple of dashes of Emerald Jalapeno also. It compliments this classic cocktail perfectly!
