Mic’s stir fried Chicken Noodles

These Stir Fried Chicken Noodles can be made with any of our Chilli Sauces. But for Mic and all the chilli heads out there the flavours of the Voodoo Reaper which is made using the worlds hottest chilli, the Carolina Reaper gives this the right kick!

Adjust the amount of Voodoo you use depending on your personal choice.

This one-pan wonder is packed with flavour and goodness and take so little time to prepare and cook. This makes them an ideal dinner for any day of the week.

However they are so delicious they will be polished off in even less time! Enjoy our hottest stir fry recipe!

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes Cook Time: 10 Minutes

Serves 4-6

INGREDIENTS

  • 80g Dried Egg Noodles Per Person

  • 4-5 Large Chicken Fillets cut into 1cm Strips

  • 3 Red Onions Sliced

  • 3 Red Peppers Sliced

  • 200ml Soy sauce

  • 1/2 Bottle Mic’s Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • 1-2 Teaspoon Voodoo Reaper

  • 1 Piece Fresh Ginger washed and grated

  • 3 Cloves Crushed Garlic

  • 1 Piece Broccoli Broken into small pieces

  • Salt and Cracked Black Pepper

  • 2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

  • 4 Sliced Spring Onions

METHOD

1. Place the Egg noodles in a bowl and cover with cold water. Leave to soak for 25 mins

2. Prepare the vegetables and chicken.

In a bowl mix together the Soy sauce, Sweet Chilli, Voodoo Reaper and set aside.

3. Heat the Vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan. Season the chicken and add to the pan and stir fry for 4-5 minutes.

4. Add to the pan the Red onion, Peppers, Garlic and Ginger and stir fry for further 2 mins.

5. Fully drain the soaked Noodles and toss into the pan with the Broccoli pieces and sauces from the bowl.

6. Keep stir frying until the noodles are warm and the chicken is cooked through

7. Divide between bowls and serve with sliced spring onions.
