Creamy Chicken and Asparagus Pasta with Emerald Jalapeno
Give your chicken pasta a zesty new life with this simple recipe! It’s elevated by the unique sophistication of Mic's Chilli, the tender crunch of asparagus shoots, and the tangy, aromatic flavour of green jalapeño chillies. 🍝🌿🌶️✨
Ingredients:
1 tbsp of oil
120 gr of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
100 gr asparagus, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
200 ml of cooking cream
1 tbsp of green pesto
1 tbsp of Emerald Jalapeno Sauce
120 gr of cooked pasta of your choice
Instructions:
In a hot pan, add oil and start by cooking the chicken
After 3 minutes, add in the asparagus and season with salt and black pepper
Cook for 2 more minutes and then add in the cooking cream, green pesto and Emerald Jalapeno Sauce
Lower the heat and simmer gently, until thick - about 1 minute
Now toss in the cooked pasta and mix nicely, until well coated
Serve and enjoy!
