Loaded Potatoes with Trouble in Trinidad
Prepare yourself for a flavour explosion! These fluffy, flavour-packed spuds are a delicious treat, with a fiery sting in the tail all thanks to Trinidad Scorpion chillies. 🥔🔥🦂
Ingredients:
1 medium sized potato
½ tbsp of olive oil
A pinch of sea salt
For the stuffing:
The inside of the baked potato
30 gr of bacon, crispy and chopped
30 gr of grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp of sour cream
Salt and black pepper to taste
Top with:
Crispy bacon
Fresh parsley
Instructions:
Poke holes in the potato with a fork
Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt
Bake for 45 minutes, at 180C
When the potato is ready, cut in half and scoop out the flesh
Add in a bowl and add in the rest of the stuffing ingredients
Mash with a fork and stuff the potato shells
Top with more cheddar and bake for another 10 minutes
Serve and drizzle with Trouble In Trinidad
