Minestrone Soup with Inferno Original

Nothing beats a warm and hearty minestrone soup on a chilly winter day. Give it a flavourful kick with a little Mic's Chilli magic! 🌶️🥣✨


Ingredients:

1 tbsp of oil

1 head of red onion, chopped

1 carrot, diced

2 celery sticks, diced

100 gr of zucchini, diced

50 gr of red bell pepper, diced

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tsp of oregano

2 tbsp of Inferno Original

400 gr of chopped tomatoes, from a can, with the juices

1 l of vegetable stock

50 gr of red kidney beans, cooked

70 gr of small pasta

 

Instructions:

In a soup pot, add oil, and start by cooking the onions, carrots and celery

After 3 minutes add in the peppers and zucchini

Season with salt, black pepper and oregano and cook for another 3 minutes

Now add in the Inferno Sauce and cook for 1 minute

Then pour in the chopped tomatoes, vegetable stock and lower the heat to medium

Let the soup simmer gently for 30 minutes and then add in the beans and pasta

Cook until the pasta is ready

Serve and enjoy!
