Panko Shrimp with Sweet Chilli
These panko prawns are the perfect bite-sized treat. They're wonderfully crispy and get an exotic, fiery kick when dipped in Mic's Chilli's signature, habanero-spiked Sweet Chilli sauce! 🍤💥🌶️😋
Ingredients:
200 gr of shrimp, seasoned with salt
50 gr of all purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
50 gr of panko breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

Instructions:
Dip the shrimp in flour first, then eggs and panko at the end
Deep fry for 3-4 minutes in hot oil
Serve with Sweet Chili Sauce
