Saag Paneer Curry with Naga Knockdown

Ingredients:
For the marinated paneer:
100 gr of paneer, cubed
1 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of hot paprika powder
1 tsp of turmeric powder
For the rest:
1 tbsp of oil
200 gr of spinach puree, with yogurt, salt and black pepper
2 tbsp of cooking cream
½ tbsp of Naga Knockdown Sauce
Instructions:
Add paneer to a bowl and drizzle with oil and season with hot paprika and turmeric
Add oil to a hot pan and cook the paneer for about 3-4 minutes
Pour in the spinach puree and drizzle with cooking cream and Naga Knockdown Sauce
Lower the heat and gently simmer for about 2-3 minutes
